ShikshaX is a mission-driven education initiative focused on strengthening health professions education through competency-based design, assessment reform, and high-quality digital learning. Our work spans Nursing, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Dental Sciences, and Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS). We invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from passionate educators and professionals who wish to contribute as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to our academic and digital initiatives.

Who Can Apply
Professionals with domain expertise and experience in teaching, clinical practice, assessment, curriculum development, or educational leadership in:

Roles & Micro-Descriptions
Nursing
Focus Areas: Clinical teaching, OSCE/OSPE, workplace-based assessment, competency-based nursing education, faculty development, examination reforms.
Ideal Background: Nursing faculty, clinical instructors, examiners, education unit members, academic administrators.
Pharmacy
Focus Areas: Outcome-based pharmaceutical education, practical and laboratory assessment, clinical pharmacy teaching, curriculum mapping, assessment standard setting.
Ideal Background: Pharmacy educators, academic coordinators, assessment leads, practitioners with teaching experience.
Ayurveda
Focus Areas: Competency-based Ayurveda education, clinical case documentation, assessment of clinical reasoning, integration with modern educational frameworks.

Homoeopathy

Screening & Engagement
Shortlisted applicants may undergo screening to assess:
- Academic and professional alignment
- Suitability for course design and digital content development
- Communication and online delivery readiness
Engagements are typically project-based, part-time, or consultative.
