Menopausal Health

Menopausal Health addresses the physical, psychological, and social changes experienced by women during midlife. The module enables nurses to provide informed counselling, symptom management, lifestyle guidance, and health promotion support to improve quality of life during the menopausal transition.

Scientific Writing Skills

This module develops essential academic and research communication skills. Students learn structured scientific writing, referencing, plagiarism awareness, and publication ethics, empowering them to contribute to evidence-based practice, research projects, and professional scholarly activities.

Stress Management

Stress Management equips nursing students with practical strategies to manage academic and workplace stress. The module promotes self-care, emotional regulation, resilience, and work-life balance, supporting mental wellbeing and sustained performance in demanding healthcare roles.
